Housenbou

À un kilomètre de l’épicentre, un vieil arbre se dresse près du temple d’Housenbou. L’édifice est détruit, l’arbre est calciné, tout est mort. Un an plus tard, aucune vie ne reprend sur cette terre irradiée, hormis une petite pousse qui sort du sol à partir de la souche de l’arbre. De cette petite branche, un arbre renaît de ses cendres sans malformation apparente. Pour la reconstruction du temple après la guerre, l’architecte dessina les marches de l’escalier du temple en forme de U, ménageant ainsi un emplacement pour l’arbre.
